I needed to move this vehicle from California to Florida, I had no time frame "But" once committed like anyone I would wanted it in a timely fashion. I shopped around a few months back and the estimates were higher as the snowbirds and supply and demand. This month I proceeded to look in to a transporter again, I learned from prior months how deceitful and annoying some of the customer service representatives could be. I placed a request for a quote and again got a handful of estimates, Sam from "Mercury Auto Transport" was very knowledgeable and fair as he followed up with us and offered a great price to ship. On time Sunday Oscar showed up with a big truck and smile and loaded the vehicle, Five (5) days later Oscar called at 8:00 a.m. saying he can drop off the vehicle at 11:00 a.m.(Estimate was (7) days) As at pickup Oscar arrived on time with a big truck and smile even though it was raining, he unloaded my vehicle that was in perfect condition. I would highly recommended Sam and his trusted team.
