I called Auto Shipping Group last minute to have my 2 vehicles shipped across country. I needed my vehicles to be picked up in 1-2 days. Felicia did an excellent job getting the order put in and securing a driver within a matter of hours. Knowing it was last minute and how the broker system works with shipping vehicles, my husband was also in contact with companies and ended up securing a driver and signing paperwork as I was talking with Felicia. I called her right back to let her know that he booked elsewhere and we would not need the shipment and thanked her for how quickly she handled things for me. Truly great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and worked in an exceptionally timely manner. Would definitely recommend contacting her for your shipping needs.
