This was my first cross-country shipment, and i was a tad nervous about the possibility. But i got lucky and met Greg, who was terrific to deal with. Quite clear in explaining everything, clearly experienced and confidence-inspiring that the process would go well. A gentleman who kept in touch over the period of months in which my plans evolved. And then monitored with care the period between when i committed to ship and the pickup. Staying in touch with the shipper to be sure we were coordinated. Finally, he touched base as the delivery came in - a few days before the range i was prepared for - to inquire as to whether all was well.

In sum, a pleasurable experience in which I was kept apprised as to each of the steps. With Greg on his game. And beyond that, obviously a good guy whose ability to cite other clients who had had a good experience (e.g., an assistant football coach at Stanford) in getting their cars shipped.

In sum, if you are in the market for auto shipment service, use Greg.
