Good fast communication from Chris, in email and over phone. Worked with us to get the best deal. Delivery was late because the driver stopped at his family's house for Christmas day, which we were okay with of course. Good communication from the dispatch person as well as the driver. We'd never done this before but it turned out to be very easy. Overall a very good experience.
