The Auto Transport business is a crazy one filled with many broken promises, partly because the broker (the company most folks contact) often is a separate company than the carrier (the company with the trucks & drivers). It takes extra effort for the broker to monitor carriers and step in when carriers are not everything customers hope for, and Fletcher performed this task better than I expected. He made the extra effort to hire an additional carrier, monitor the carriers progress, and keep me informed. It was only severe weather that delayed on-time delivery. My previous experience was with another broker that was fired after 2 weeks of delayed pickup, and minimal contact with me. I could give more details about my great experience with Fletcher, but I'll just say I would highly recommend Fletcher (All Aboard Auto Transport) to all.
