I was very dubious about using any car transport service. I checked around and online and by and large the whole business sounded shaky to me, with estimates being pulled out of hat and not very professional demeanor. That is until I encountered Felicia Williams. She was the most professional right off the bat, spending a significant amount of time answering all my questions, and being very honest about how the system worked and what I could realistically expect. She gave me email and text and phone contact info and was incredibly prompt in responding, even when I knew she was not at work (more than a couple of times). Unbelievable the price actually went down from the original quote. She kept with me during pick up and delivery giving me prompt updates and again answering any questions. If not for Felicia I think I would have decided to drive my car myself. I do feel she deserves some recognition for her professional standards.
