Our experience working with Scott at Ship a Car Direct was exceptional. He explained each step of the process of shipping our daughter's car from Boston to Southern California. We used the videos on the website to better understand the process. The driver of the carrier was courteous with my daughter in Boston and the drop-off of the car by the carrier was easy. The car came in 3 -4 days early which worked great for our family as the holidays were approaching. I would definitely recommend Scott at Ship A Car Direct for any future car transportation needs.
