I was really worried at first because I have heard bad things in general. A week before my move date we still didn't have a driver and we were freaked out that my husbands car wouldn't make our cross country move. I called customer service and they reassured me that drivers pick up vehicles sometimes a few days before the scheduled date. To my surprise and relief our driver Chris signed on to take our Infiniti coupe cross country. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and was early to the final destination. My husband was very happy to have his car back in one pretty piece.
