The contact person stayed in contact with us during the entire process. We thought we would be able to pick up the car at about 5pm, but due to some traffic conditions, we were 4 hours late. Christian stayed in contact with use an even arranged for someone to stay late so we could pick up the car.
The car was in good condition, hardly any extra miles on the car, it was delivered just as it was picked up.
You will very happy with this service.
