So I had to reschedule the first date of pickup. DONE - no questions asked, no problems, no fee or anything. Courier was found for my new date. Came and picked it up on time. Delivery actually happened a little earlier than scheduled - which, to me, was AWESOME! The driver that Lance picked was great and friendly and actually even told me what was wrong with my car, when asked.
Will definitely use them again in the future.
