My contact person, Loretta, was knowledgeable and gave me exact information about the pick-up and delivery of my car. The driver gave me a 2-hour window for pick-up (which was between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.) and came at 9:00. He was polite and efficient. Our car was to be delivered 2 days after we arrived in Florida. The night before our car was supposed to come, our driver called at 7:00 p.m. and asked if we would like the car now, because he was in the area. We were delighted to receive it early and he met us at the front gate of our community. We paid him exactly what we were contracted to pay him and we had our car.

This was our first experience with shipping our car and it was great. We will definitely call Door to Door again when we need to ship a car.
