Having never shipped a car, I did days of research and quote requesting before deciding on ASG. My wife is very particular about her car and the service we received was nothing short of amazing. Kimberly was the best customer service agent I have worked with in all aspects. She answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. I never felt lost or confused by the process. If I had to ship another vehicle, I would choose ASG and specifically request Kim. She knew who I was as soon as I called and remembered what vehicle I shipped as well as the orgin and destination. She provided updates as the car changed locations and always responded quickly to emails. Overall she was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending her to anyone that asks me about vehicle transport
