After reading poor reviews of various auto shipping brokers and carriers, I was pleasantly surprised to receive excellent service from AmeriFreight. My biggest concern was the time frame for pick up, since we would be preparing for a big move. AmeriFreight exceeded my expectations and was even able to have my car picked up early. They removed so much of the worry from this aspect of our move. Our agent, Lecia was professional and informative. She was thorough in her follow up, making sure that emails and documents were received. After the vehicle was picked up and later after delivery, she called to make sure the service was appropriate. She maintained contact with me throughout the process. When she was able to secure a carrier to pick up my car a day earlier than expected, she called to ask if I was okay with that. I would definitely recommend AmeriFreight to anyone who needs to have a vehicle shipped.
