Very good service. Tige took the time to explain exactly how the process works. He explained that his firm are brokers and that they actually bid the job and wait until a trucker responds. Sometimes the fee is what they expect. Sometimes they cannot find a trucker at that fee and it may be more expensive. In my case it was $50.00 more expensive, but it was worth it. I tried approximately 10 different firms. They were the only ones that explained honestly the process. i appreciate that.
