Process was as painless as I could have hoped for. Price was on the low end of other quotes that I got. In my preliminary explorations, some of the cheapest companies appeared unreliable. The set up of contract via phone call to contact person was quick and clear. Since they don't offer storage, I arranged for car to be parked with friend so that the pickup would be in an appropriate 7-9 day window before delivery. (I was leaving Massachusetts 11 days before I would be ready for delivery in California.) The pickup occurred on the 2nd day within the agreed-to window and so my friend was minimally inconvenienced. The delivery in Southern California was on the first day that I reached there - perfect timing! The car was unaffected by cross-country transportation.
