Bottom line up front: Mercury hit this one out of the ballpark. Past transporters have lied to me, bullshitted me, sold me a bridge, misrepresented themselves, or tried to defrauded me, and I walked into yet another car transport scenario with dread and a groan (none of this applied to Mercury). There's not a company out there without negative feedback- not a company who didn't have a job go bad, or ended up with a damaged car, or a late pickup, etc etc. Mercury Transport was one of the few with a lot of ratings overall, and explanations or replies to all their feedback, good and bad. That meant a lot to me. From the get-go, Roman Franco was available, up front and honest. I needed to call him later at night and he answered my call - he answered emails promptly as well. The delivery was prompt, and the pickup went MUCH faster than I had anticipated. Previous jobs with other companies took three weeks or more to get picked up, but this one was initiated on a Monday, picked up Tuesday and delivered Wednesday. If ever I'm in a position to transport another car, I'm going to use Mercury. Note that I'm not paid to say this, I've not been offered an incentive, and I took the time to write a review (something I never do). I'm just that pleased.
