My car was transported through DIY transport from NY to OR. When my car was arrived in Oregon it was dirty, even the Interior was dirty (it was very much noticeable even in my beige color interior) dunno how it happened. probably the driver used my car or kept my windows open. So I washed my car next day and found at-least 10 new scratches on my car.Immediately I contacted these guys but response was very poor. They told me that they used some other company to transfer the car and DIY not responsible for this. Where the other company not even responding to emails and phone calls. Im in big trouble . Please do not use this company. Its total waste of money.
After this review posted initially (2 months ago) they contacted me and told me they going to help me to fix my car, but after 4 weeks I got same response as they cant do anything much here.
