Terrible Customer service

This company has terrible customer service. They were rude every time I was in contact them and they seemed bothered when I would call to ask why my pick up was 3, 4, 5 days later than promised. I was told I had a three day pick up window and that time came and went by. I had to constantly stay on Q Auto to find a new carrier. When they said they would call back within 2 hours, they meant with in 2 days. This was just an overall bad experience. I am sure not every person has had a experience with Q Auto and I understand my situation was a bit different considering we live off the beaten path, however, I felt like I was lied to and incredibly inconvenienced as I had to plan everything around when my car may or may not get picked up.

I must give kudos to their satisfaction guarantee, I had told them I was not satisfied at all and they took $0 for the brokers fee. I did have to call and ask them to reimburse the $1.00 hold however.
