Being my first time shipping my car..I thought it went fairly smooth and received all the right information...and if it gets to FL. like they say it will...I will be more than pleased.....as I said not dealing with this before...I thought the costs were reasonable..and Jim answered all my questions and he was also working with my son who lives down in FL..so that was a big help
