Felicia Williams proved to be extremely personable and professional. Her communication with me was excellent from the inception and there were never any doubts concerning the operation and/or pricing, which was extremely reasonably priced considering the fluctuating prices of others.

The transporting vehicle was not well suited to classic muscle cars due to the spoiler and width of rear tires on my Mach 1. In spite of that, and the darkness and rain, the driver (Jose) was friendly and cooperative and made the situation work without damage to either vehicle. The communication with the dispatcher regarding delivery times was inadequate and until 5PM I was not given a definite arrival time. This was certainly not the fault of ASG and Felicia who tried her best to correct the situation.

I have enjoyed working with Felicia and look forward to utilizing the Company in the future.
