Sofia was very efficient and communicated to me throughout the process. She coordinated the pickup with the seller in California so there was not a lot of time and effort on my part. One piece of advice is to pick your drop-off location keeping in mind that the vehicle trailer has low ground clearance and needs to room to maneuver. The drop off in rural Vermont was a bit tricky. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!
