Though the pickup was one day late I was kept in the loop constantly as to the status and the delivery was actually two days earlier than anticipated which worked out great. This was my first time using Direct Express Auto Transport and they will be my first call for future auto transport. My car arrived in as shipped condition with a little road grim which was expected in open transport. The individual who actually delivered to my address I think different from the pickup driver and his English was poor and it was confusing in establishing the actual drop of location. I all worked out in the end. Thanks again for the great service.
