At the onset I was apprehensive about having my 2005 Toyota shipped from Nova Scotia to BC. It seemed daunting thinking about all the parts that needed to fit to make this work.
After speaking with company personnel on the phone and via email, my concerns were alleviated completely. I was able to pretty much pick the day for drop off at a local Dealership in Amherst Nova Scotia, on a Friday afternoon, which was so convenient for me. I thought the car may sit there for some time, insecure essentially before it was to be picked up. Christina was awesome, she contacted me right away to say the company was having an agent pick up the vehicle the same day. Pick up in Delta BC some 26 days later was as simple as the drop off. The vehicle was located at the terminal in perfect condition.
The staff at pick up were equally as friendly and there was not a lot of paperwork to complete.
Overall from dealing with Christina and her prompt response to all of my inquiries to the pick up upon delivery i would have to say this was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend MVS CANADA for handling the shipping for my vehicle across the country anytime.
