Was contacted early Wednesday morning by the transport driver and advised car would be picked up within a couple of hours. Driver called occasionally with whereabouts and kept us abreast of his progress. Upon arrival he was professional and explained the entire process of how car would be loaded coordinated and cared for. He graciously carried some spare parts for us and after answering questions and doing an inspection report car was on trailer and off to Virginia. Driver explained car would be taken back to his business, dropped off then reloaded after two more cars were picked up and leave the next morning.10 am my daughter in law called and said the car had arrived in same condition as shipped. This is the kind of service that one would expect when doing a transaction such as this. Auto transport direct representative Ashley took all information, gave a quote of $485, order was placed under #156703 and a couple of days later my son had the car he always wanted and I had more room in my driveway. Trouble free courteous service all the way. Would definitely deal with auto transport direct in the future again should the need arise as I do deals from time to time on classic cars occasionally and this was a great deal as far as I am concerned.
