Lance was a thorough, honest, and attentive representative from start to finish. He responded to my request for a quote within minutes, and gave me a great explanation of the process. He kept up with constant updates in order to make sure everything was as I had intended, that the pickup and delivery went smoothly, and that everything was to satisfaction. He was by no means intrusive with these updates, always being easy to contact and quick to respond. I am not sure what hours he works, but he always seemed to be available to answer any questions, and was always quick to fill in what to expect next and when.

The service he coordinated performed exactly as expected and delivered my car intact, undamaged, and on time. I would highly recommend doing business with Auto Shipping Group Inc if representatives like Lance are the sort they employ.
