Drivers arrived a day early but were very understanding when I was not prepared. They arrived on time the next day. They were polite and totally prepared. Since the car was not operational they had to push it onto the truck. I expected some grumblings but they did not hesitate to go straight at pushing the car. I watched thinking that this was not going to go well. They watched for oncoming traffic, took great care in lining up the car (did I mention it was a classic), and got it onto the truck with no bumping or close calls. No help was requested of me. They were off and running before I knew it. The entire experience was absolutely flawless.
