I was so pleased that I gave the transporter a nice tip. Michael Moed was pleasant and professional to deal with, and then did exactly what he said he would. The driver was also pleasant and professional and did exactly what he said he would, and showed as much care for my vehicle as I would myself. Having heard and read horror stories about what goes wrong with shipping a car I was ready for a terrible experience, but in fact received excellent service. My hat's off to you, Mercury! Thank you!
