Renato helped arrange transport. From the time first speaking to Renato it only took 1 week to get pickup arranged. He originally asked for a deposit, but I told him I wasn't comfortable giving deposit until the pickup was made. He said that this was fine. Pickup happened on a Friday, then I paid the deposit. Drop off happened the very next day. The driver was very communicative through the process as well. Mercury was also about $100 less than most quotes I had received.
