When I learnt I needed to transport my car to California, I was quite nervous, since I had more than once heard horror stories about damaged cars, missing parts, etc. I talked to friends who were more familiar with the process than I was, and one of them recommended Auto Trans Group and their services. I went to their website to review it and then called their customer support to get more details. The friendliness and helpfulness of their representative was the first thing which impressed me - the operator answered all questions I had and gave me a quote for the requested service. Still, I couldn't relax until I knew my car was safe in California - I was worried all the time, although the car was insured, and the company representative assured me they had the necessary experience to ship the car without any problems. In fact, I was pleasantly surprized that she was right. :) I was receiving regular updates, and it seemed the whole process was running smoothly. The pickup and delivery guys were very much on time, and the car, when it was shipped to California, was just in the same condition in which it was when I left it in their hands - it was clean and everything was in place. Not a single scratch on it! And the delivery guys even thanked me for using their services. After my car was already in California, a customer service officer called me to check if I was happy and to gather some feedback about my overall experience. I couldn't believe how problem-free the whole procedure turned out to be, so I wanted to share this experience with everyone who might need a similar service. I would highly recommend Auto Trans Group for their friendliness, punctuality and professionalism.
