I am 9 months pregnant, and my husband and I decided last minute to move from CA to FL in preparation for the arrival of our first child.
We needed my car shipped across the country asap, and submitted a quote inquiry to Auto Shipping Group on 10/20/15. Within hours, we received an email and call from Felicia Williams with a quote of about $1,100 and information on how to get the process started as soon as possible.
After completing quick and easy online paperwork on our end over the next couple of days, my car was picked up promptly in CA on 10/27/15 and arrived in FL the morning of 10/29/15 - a day earlier than expected, which was awesome!
Our point of contact, Felicia Williams, was absolutely FABULOUS throughout the entire process from start to finish! She was in constant communication via phone, text and email (whichever we preferred at the time) and quick to answer with any questions we had along the way. This has been the best customer service experience I have encountered for quite a long time in a world that seems to have forgotten what customer service is!
I would highly recommend working with Felicia to anyone looking for a great auto shipping experience in the future. She is the absolute best!
