Was picked up on late Tuesday evening and delivered by midday on Friday. Excellent service and I was updated from pickup and given about 16 hrs and 1 hr notice prior to delivery. The driver was very prompt and professional. Only negative was I had asked him to drop the car a block away [which was a less busy street], but he probably did not understand my instructions and dropped it off at a busier section of the street and I had to drop everything at work to go and pick up the car. He was very nice and apologetic. Would use Direct Express Auto Transport again without hesitation
