My experience was beyond spectacular for this company. I was a little bit hesistant to accept the offered price because it was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than my other offers. I took a chance anyway, since it was still money saved. I'm glad that I did. When I filled out all my info, I was immediately contacted. I told AutoStar about a previous bad experience with another carrier and was quickyly assurred that my car will be picked up and delivered according to the contract. The process for paperwork was simply and went smoothly. My car was picked up and delivered according to schedule and the driver that picked up my car was vey friendly. I was updated with all the information and there was nowhere during the whole process that I felt lost. I felt my car was in good hands. I feel very happy with the service and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends! Thank yoy AutoStar for a great experience!

Nguyen is the type of customers I like working with, being that his previous experience was not good at all and he at first was hesitant of deciding to go with AutoStar. I explained the pricing, the transportation time and all the details he needed to know before confirming the order with him, and then proceeded with the transport. Everything went well according to schedule, and vehicle was shipped in the best standard of transport.
