Amerifreight is an excellent company. I have used them before and have been very happy. This time, however, the carrier contracted by Amerifrieght, CFR, was substandard. Not only did the initial driver insist upon picking my car up at 5:15 am or would not pick it up at all, but the car was delivered 4 days after CFR's commitment. In addition CFR did not keep any of us informed during the transport. Jorge was excellent through the process and informed me every step of the way. Even he was flabbergasted at the service provided by CFR, which generally has a good reputation. Overall I am happy with Amerifrieght and Jorge, but unhappy with CFR. I could not rate the company appropriately as there is not way to rate CFR separately from Amerifrieght.
