This is the first time I have ever had a vehicle transported for me. I hit the interwebs and received 3 or 4 quotes. Direct Express was almost $300 cheaper, but I didn't see any added benefit of the other companies aside from the fact that one was referred to me. Instead of booking online, I called to book. This was mostly for peace of mind that this company actually existed and wasn't just an internet front. I spoke with Jessica who was very friendly and knowledgeable and eased my hesitations in using them to broker the transport. Reluctantly I paid the deposit, wondering if I would ever hear from them again. Three days later, I received confirmation that the bid had been picked up and that I would hear from the company within 24hrs. Less than 4hrs later the company reached out and said that they wouldn't be able to come the next day and asked if it would be okay to come by in two days. Pickup was flawless. Delivery happened just 4days later - right on schedule. The driver called the day before and communicated his itinerary explicitly. He arrived within an hour of his estimated window and was very efficient in unloading the vehicle. So all in all, after all my skepticism, Direct Express turned out to be just the company I'd do business again and again with in the future. Thanks!!
