This was my first time shipping a vehicle and while the process isn't very straightforward, if you do your homework to understand how vehicle shipping works you will be less frustrated with the uncertainties that accompany this process.

Overall I was mostly satisfied. The customer service wasn't bad, but I wasn't blown away with it either. I spoke to Felicia maybe one or two times. I had more interaction with the transport driver Paul than with ASG.

With that being said, my car arrived a day later than expected, but the driver kept me notified and there was no damage.
