I had an excellent experience working with this company. The customer reps were very friendly and helpful. I used this company to transport a vehicle I purchased from an auction. The car was being picked up in Ohio and transported to Illinois. The transport agents were very patient with me. I ordered the vehicle for pick up and the company immediately sent a driver. I had the car inspected at the auction and was still waiting for the report. It took an additional day for the report to come in, so the vehicle wasn't ready to be released when the first driver arrived. The transport company was very understanding and rerouted another driver to pick up the vehicle the next day, when the report was available. They did not charge my credit card until the car was ready for pick up and sent a tracking number immediately with the drivers info and cell number. I was able to be in direct contact with the delivery driver. I am very pleased with all aspects of my experience with this company. I would definitely use them again and recomend to a friend.
