Felicia was always available. She responded promptly with updates on both the pick up and delivery of my vehicle. Felicia provided great customer service and made all paperwork available immediately. I was always aware of the status of my vehicle and what my next step was. The Transport Carrier that Felicia used(TransAuto Logistics Group) contacted me well ahead of both pick-up and delivery making the process very easy. I will use Felicia the next time I need a vehicle transport and also recommend to others.
