Talking with graham was a pleasure. As far as American freights rating it was very good. A reason for the not excellent rating is that awaiting arrival of the car I had no one to contact on the weekends I think there should be someone to answer your questions 24 hours With today's technology it not that hard to keep track of a truck.The transporting company bright auto who picked up the car w as another story They picked up the car and told me it would be there by Friday a although they knew from the start I would not be there to accept delivery I was going to be there Sat. So they said they would leave the car in the driveway and can call them on sat with my credit card. They took the credit number and said they would not charge me until the car was delivered Needless to say on Sunday they charged my account and The car was not here . When I called bright auto of course no one answers because they are closed for the weekend. Anyway the car finally came that Monday had not had a chance to start it u or drive last night But will check it out this morning. In the beginning the woman who answered the phones at bright auto was rude but she warmed up. So aside from the fact the car was delivered 3 days late and no one called to inform me of such and you can not reach them on Sat or Sunday all is well.
