Felicia Williams is excellent! She provided phenomenal customer service with detailed explanation of the entire process. Based on our needs and time frame, she provided an excellent carrier that not only delivered our cars in perfect condition, but ahead of schedule and even to our house! Without Felicia, we certainly could not have arranged for all this to occur. We have tremendous confidence in her and her company and will certainly use them again in the future if needed.
On a side note, she is familiar with the area that we are moving to, so we appreciate all the information and tips about our new hometown!
