I shipped an SUV through Auto Shipping Group and Julie was point of contact. She was very attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. She openly communicated to keep me informed of the status, route details and contact details. I set a budget and she was able to achieve it. At one point, through no fault of Julie, the first truck we booked had a mechanical issue and needed to delay pick up by half a day - they notified us the day before pick up. Because I was going out of town, I could not delay the pick up. Julie understood my needs and within an hour was able to book a new truck service that could pick up my SUV in the desired two hour window I provided - she was able to achieve this rebooking with only one day advanced notice before pick up date / time - and it was still the same price I had been quoted!!! Excellent service and thank you Julie!
