Jeff was very friendly and overall a kind hearted person but is word is no his bond. His truck broke down and I was given another delivery pick up date which turned into two more days. I didn't mind the delay it was the lack of communication on his part. I had to contact him to get updates which was tedious considering the fact I had plane tickets to leave. Overall he was polite and great just need to communicate with his customers more when there is a delay.
