My circumstance is maybe unique in that I had everything planned for transport, but due to a change in plans, had to cancel. My representative, Chris, was outstanding in all facets of communication and planning. He provided a price quote very quickly, and it was far more competitive than the other quotes I received. He was faithful to initiate and return phone calls. When I had to cancel the transport at the last minute, he was very cordial, and I felt no pressure or negative feedback. The cancellation of my transport is only temporary, and I will need to have it done in the coming months. When that time comes, I will assuredly call Chris and reschedule a new plan. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.
