Bernie is a breath of fresh air! She was able to ensure communication was possible with the actual shipping company. Only one guy at their company spoke English and it was a crap shoot whether he would pick up the phone. He never answered phone messages. NEVER.

But with Bernie's support, the lack of professionalism was never the problem it would have been without her effective advocacy for her customers. Thank Bernie! You rock.

If I ever ship a vehicle again, Bernie will be my only call. I actually made a new friend. Right on Bernie.

The recently restored car came to Oregon and was covered in dirty motor oil from whatever vehicle was parked above it. It was dismissed by a very rude yard guy by stating; "it happens all the time, just wash it off and stop complaining."

This in no way reflects poorly on Bernie's supportive brokerage skills. Just a heads up about an otherwise potentially sketchy industry.

Thanks again Bernie. If you ship without using Bernie's company, don't say you were not warned!
