This was my first time shopping a vehicle. Wayne booked it and explained how the urgency for the vehicle to be picked up reflected the cost of the shipment. I was in no hurry so I chose to pay less. About a month went by and hadn't heard anything. I called to check in and spoke to nick who explained to me all facets involved with shipping a vehicle and how things work. I understood why my vehicle hadn't yet shipped, because of my low ball price. He was very pleasant and said he would repost it. I told him I would check back in with him a few weeks later and bump up the price to get it shipped. My vehicle shipped 2 weeks later at my initial price. Nick was awesome and took the time to explain basically the whole shipping business to me. I would use them again and recommend their company. My advice, Ask questions and get answers, these guys will take the time to talk to you and explain everything.
