I had a good experience with the dispatcher, Brian. He was prompt to follow up and confirm information.
I wanted one of my vehicles in an enclosed transport truck, and the other could be sent on an exposed transport.
The company that had enclosed transport wanted to take both of my vehicles. I was pressed for time, so I agreed.
However, it did cost more than I had hoped - about $400 more than the quote for open transport. But, as I have said, I was pressed for time.
