I docked a star because I felt as a broker, Q auto made me talk to entirely too many people (it was as high as 3-4 in the process of answering my random questions and getting my order signed and finally calmed down to 1 (Jenny) after that. Not sure why they don't assign you a primary person and then keep it that way, but whatever.

I think some uncertainty about figuring out pickup date comes with the territory, but they had things figured out by 3-4 days before my 'last available day' which was a relief. The driver who picked up my car knew exactly what day it would arrive, and he was right on the money (6 days from San Jose, CA to Detroit, MI). They also followed through on their one car-one driver comment - it was the same guy who I gave my keys to as who gave them back. A nice touch.

I noticed my car was the only car on the truck, and it came through with no damage (and was even relatively clean after traveling across the country!).

I changed my pickup location on the day of the pickup by about 5 miles and Q auto helped make that update and ensure the pickup went smoothly. They were great in that regard.
