Horrible experience overall. Even worse follow up, actually non existent. Truck was dispatched from a3rd party, I won't name them because they did a stand up job and tried repeatedly to help me get border to border to be responsible. Driver, pablo cruz, who is also listed on other reviews is exactly what they say he is, I would go further and say he is a pile of dog poop. Very pushy, actually took the papers from my hand before I could sign off about the damage done to my vehicle. Demanded money before I could fully inspect it also. Multiple calls from both myself and the dispatcher to border to border trying to get them to own up to the damage, which was over$900. Still have not received any messages,email from them dispute all of my efforts. I am following up with a small claims court dispute that they will be receiving very soon. I'm tired of getting the run around from these low life's. Attention dispatchers, do not use this company you will have a nightmare on your hands.
