It was 7 days from the time that I placed my order, to the day my car was picked up...and that included the long Labor Day weekend. My car arrived on the 4th day, having traveled from Arizona to Pennsylvania. The driver was very professional. He kept me updated with calls and texts, and was able to answer all my questions. This was a great company to work with and their quote was considerably less than the other companies. I gathered a bunch of quotes online before I chose Auto Direct. Please remember to calculate a tip for your driver into your budget when planning. My car arrived on time and in great shape. I would definitely use this company again!
