Direct Express auto was very professional and gave great customer service in answering all my questions beforehand. My vehicle was picked up earlier than expected and the process was very seamless especially being that I had to leave the state two days earlier than the car was scheduled to be picked up. They interacted with my friend and she agreed they were very professional and prompt. The Courier used was great as well. I received an email every step of the way and my vehicle was assigned quickly and I was able to speak directly with the owner or manager of the courier service at any point during the process. My vehicle arrived on time with no damage and I would definitely use the service again.
