DIY Pulled Through for Me

I did not have a clue as to where to find a reliable auto transport that would pick up my son's car the same day from Virginia to up north. I went online and found DIY Transport and called the 800 number on their website. I was greeted by a very courteous and knowledgeable dispatcher who was upfront and honest in letting me know that it may be difficult finding a driver on such short notice but he would put out the request right away. Within an hour I received a call that a driver was located and arrangements were made to have him drive to pick up the car that same day. The driver, Lance Cephas, knew exactly the area where the car was located and dropped it off the next day to Long Island, NY. My sister who received the car said the driver and his partner worked very hard to be sure the car came off the truck safely and with no scratches or dents. My overall experience with DIY from the inception of my contact with them was excellent. The price was reasonable considering the short time frame in which the car needed to be picked up. I will definitely use DIY again and have already spread the good word about their courteous, professional and reliable service.
